We will arrange the relevant local government permits for skips and waste removal, etc. where necessary. With many years experience specialising in this type of construction we will aim to keep disruption and dust to a minimum and hassle free for you.

Each project is slightly different, depending on requirements, but generally speaking we may then:

• Erect access scaffolding to access the roof.
  
• Create securable access to the loft area and provide necessary weather protection.
  
• Replace (and relocate) water storage.
  
• Prepare & install structural requirements in accordance with building regulations.
  
• Supply and fit windows to your specification and current regulations.
  
• Create internal partitions as required.
  
• Install electrics to Electricity Board requirements.
  
• Install plumbing and heating including showers, WC's, hand basins and baths.
  
• Install staircase, internal partitions, doors, skirting, etc.
  
• Arrange final inspection with Building Control and completion certificate.
