This is an XHTML document, with an external style sheet governing on-screen viewing, projection, and printing. For viewing, Opera 7, Mozilla Firefox and Netscape 7 are recommended. Opera should provide a completely unencumbered full-screen view by using the F11 toggle. Internet Explorer 6 is not recommended since it is not fully compliant with CSS standards (see below).

Printing from a browser will not produce a screen-print, but should follow style-sheet declarations adapted to the print medium.

Less than adequate performance by browsers is due to poor compliance with the W3C standards for Cascading Style Sheets. (For instance, as indicated above, IE does not yet implement the "position: fixed" declaration, which allows for a fixed side-bar menu, without employing "Frames".) However, non-compliant browsers should give legible results, as long as they are not too old.
